Easily tailor your Standard Combo Bundle components to match your brand and improve user experience. Here's a breakdown of what you can customize for each.

App Block (Optional)

The App Block is optional, but it's provided to give you more flexibility in how you display your Standard Combo Bundle on the product page. By using the app block, you can easily drag and drop the bundle anywhere within your product template layout — whether you want it to appear above the description, below the images, or between other sections like reviews or banners. This makes it easier to match your bundle placement with your store’s design and flow, without needing to touch any code.

To edit your Standard Combo Bundle app block, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Theme Customizer → Customize.

  2. Open Standard Combo Bundle product.

  3. Click on Standard Combo Bundle App block → Make the changes.

  4. Save.

You can customize the Standard Combo Bundle through five main sections:

1. Bundle Configuration

  • Set your bundle title, description

2. Product Display

  • Determine how you want to display your products, ie, enable links, display price and titles

3. Layout & Style

  • Customize colors, button styles, font size, spacing, and alignment.

4. Mobile Settings

  • Enable/disable mobile responsiveness features.

5. Advanced Customization (CSS & JS)

  • Add custom styling or scripts via the Custom CSS and Custom JS fields.

  • Useful for theme-matching or adding special effects.

Custom Template

You can enhance your Standard Combo Bundle page by creating a custom product template and adding additional sections like reviews, banners, or images. Here’s how to do it:

✅ Step-by-step guide:

  1. Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize.

  2. In the Theme Editor, open any product page.

  3. From the top dropdown menu, click on “Products”, then select “Create template”.

  4. Name your template (e.g., bundle-template) and click Create.

  5. Once the new template is created, assign your Standard Combo Bundle product to this template. You can do this either:

    • From the Theme Editor (using the preview panel), or

    • From your Shopify Admin > Products section by editing the product and selecting the new template under "Theme template".

  6. Back in the Theme Editor, you can now add custom sections like:

    • Customer reviews

    • Image banners

    • Text blocks

    • Testimonials, etc.

  7. Click Save.

Frequently Bought Together (FBT) App Block

To edit your Frequently Bought Together (FBT) app block, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Theme Customizer → Customize.

  2. Open Standard Combo Bundle product.

  3. Click on Frequently Bought Together (FBT) App block → Make the changes.

  4. Save.

FBT App Block pulls data from your SCB bundles and displays it directly on product pages for smart upselling. You can customize it through four main areas:

1. Bundle Configuration

  • Set your block title, description, text.

2. Display Options

  • Determine how you want to display your products, ie, enable links, display price and titles, show compare price, etc.

3. Layout & Style

  • Customize colors, button styles, font size, spacing, and alignment.

4. Advanced Customization (CSS & JS)

  • Add custom styling or scripts via the Custom CSS and Custom JS fields.

  • Useful for theme-matching or adding special effects.
