So we’re taking the next step — to serve you better.

Starting July 21, BundleSuite will offer paid plans to support:

  • Continuous feature development — based on your feedback

  • A future where bundle building is smarter and easier (AI, automations & more)

  • Scalable, reliable performance — no matter your store size

  • Dedicated support, onboarding, and strategy help to grow your revenue

This shift lets us invest directly in tools that help you sell more — not just maintain the basics.

We’re building for the long-term. And we’re building it with you.

🔹 Will I still be able to use BundleSuite for free?

Yes — always.

Our Free Forever Plan is made for early-stage brands or stores testing bundles. It includes:

  • Access to all bundle types (BYOB, Combo, Volume)

  • Unlimited bundle creation

  • Analytics report

  • Chat & email support

  • Up to $100/month in bundle revenue

As long as your revenue stays under this limit, you won’t need to upgrade.

🔹 What happens after July 21?

The new pricing will go live, and you’ll see an upgrade prompt inside the app based on your bundle revenue.

You can:

  • Continue on the Free Plan if within limits

  • Start a 15-day free trial of any paid plan

  • Upgrade anytime as your business grows

Your existing bundles will remain intact. If you're over your plan's limit and don’t upgrade, your bundles will pause temporarily until a plan is selected.

🔹 What is considered “bundle revenue”?

Bundle revenue = Revenue from orders that contain products created via BundleSuite.

It does not include your entire store revenue — only what’s generated through bundles.

You can see your monthly bundle revenue inside the BundleSuite dashboard.

🔹 What if I cross the Free Plan limit?

Once your store exceeds $100/month in bundle revenue, you’ll receive:

  • A banner notification inside the app

  • A prompt to upgrade to a suitable plan

  • And starting July 21, you’ll also receive email alerts when you hit:

    • 50% of your plan limit

    • 70%

    • 90%

    • 99%

This gives you full visibility and time to upgrade without disruption.

Bundles will remain live unless the limit is fully exceeded without action.

🔹 Do paid plans come with a trial?

Yes — every paid plan comes with a 15-day free trial.

You’ll get full access to features like:

  • Premium support

  • Strategy tips for growing AOV

  • Onboarding sessions

  • Early access to new features

🔹 Will I lose my bundles if I don’t upgrade?

No — your bundles are safe.

If your plan’s revenue cap is exceeded and you haven’t upgraded, the bundles will simply pause from showing on your storefront.

Upgrade anytime to restore them immediately.

🔹 How is billing handled?

All billing and usage tracking is handled securely through Shopify’s native billing system — just like your other trusted apps.

  • Charges are processed by Shopify

  • You’ll see the BundleSuite plan reflected in your Shopify invoice

  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime through the Shopify App settings

You’re always in control — no third-party billing or hidden charges.

🔹 How often will I be billed?

All charges are billed in USD, and Shopify processes:

  • Recurring subscription charges every 30 days

All trial periods are also managed and tracked via Shopify billing — so there’s no risk of being billed before your trial ends.
